The Riordan Clinic Process

Your initial visit will include consultations with a doctor who carefully listens to your health concerns and starts to develop a comprehensive care plan. Since laboratory testing is crucial to discovering the underlying causes of illness, the doctor will order diagnostic tests or test panels to evaluate your current biochemical needs. Part of your care plan may also include a variety of clinic services and therapies, such as intravenous nutrition therapy and high-dose intravenous vitamin C therapy. The care plan will be key to overcoming your health concerns and regaining optimal health.

If for some reason, you choose not to keep your scheduled initial evaluation and fail to notify us within two business days, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $150 will be charged.

Payment is collected at the time of service for each visit. The Clinic currently accepts the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We currently do not accept third-party payment, nor do we extend credit. At the time of payment, we will supply you with a fully itemized bill and diagnostic codes for you to submit to your commercial insurance company. Please keep in mind that many of the services we offer are not considered medically necessary by traditional insurance companies. We do not contract with any commercial insurance company. Therefore reimbursement should be sent to you directly and would be paid at a non-network level, as this relationship is between you and your insurance company. Questions about your coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier.

Effective September 1, 2014, Riordan Clinic has opted out of Medicare for clinical services. No clinic services will be filed by Riordan Clinic or co-learners. Any laboratory testing covered by traditional Medicare will be filed by Bio-Center Lab at the Riordan Clinic.

Prior to leaving the Clinic, we will schedule your follow-up visit for approximately 3 weeks from your initial appointment to review your laboratory test results with the doctor and to continue your individualized care plan, including an outline of their recommendation for daily supplements. A third appointment to review your progress will be recommended one month after your second appointment. Additional future appointments are recommended at intervals dependent upon your specific health condition.
