Donna Kramme

Donna Kramme started at Riordan Clinic doing word processing in 1980. She has held many staff positions and worked her way up over the years, from managing major projects, like the organization’s conferences, to managing the staff in Dome 1 and eventually doing all human resources. Today, she is the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. She went to business school previously and is currently working toward another business degree at Wichita State University.

Donna has always enjoyed learning and spending time with her family, co-workers, and co-learners saying, “I love people and I love to see them at their best, in health and in life. I feel grateful for being part of such a wondrous place, for what I have learned, and for Dr. Hugh Riordan. My hope is for us to exceed his expectations.”

Her feelings about the mission of the clinic are crystal clear. Donna is a great advocate for the Riordan Clinic.
