Spring 2026 Check Your Health
A closer look at hormone health, metabolism, and the insights that support your well-being
“In my 35+ years of practicing nutritional medicine, there is nothing I have discovered that is more important than understanding your own individual nutrient levels. This is a cornerstone in building a nutritional protocol, diet, and lifestyle that will strengthen and fuel your biochemistry.” – Ron Hunninghake, MD
Event Dates: March 2-13, 2026 | Locations: Wichita & Overland Park, Kansas
Because taking care of yourself matters too.
Check Your Health happens twice a year. Think comprehensive nutrient testing at accessible prices, with the freedom to choose what comes next. If you’re curious about what’s happening beneath the surface or you already sense something’s off, this gives you a clear place to start.
Is Check Your Health Right for You?
This event is for:
- People who’ve never been to Riordan Clinic and are looking for a clear starting point
- Former co-learners who haven’t been back in 3+ years
- Family members or caregivers of current co-learners who want to understand their own health
- Anyone seeking thorough nutrient testing with easy access
Already a Riordan Clinic Co-learner? You have access to these prices year-round through your provider. If you’d like to schedule labs or learn more about your testing options, contact your provider team at 1-800-447-7276 ext. 1468.
If you are currently receiving cancer treatment, Check Your Health profiles are not recommended. Please contact our New Patient Coordinator team at 1-800-447-7276 ext. 1354 to discuss the Oncology Profile, which is designed specifically for individuals with a cancer diagnosis.

Lab draws are available on weekdays, March 2-13, 2026, at both Riordan Clinic locations. Limited appointments available – schedule early to secure your preferred time.
Testing Through the Bio-Center Laboratory
Many of the Check Your Health tests are processed at the Bio-Center Laboratory on the Riordan Clinic campus in Wichita. Having the lab on-site means faster results and direct access to the team behind your testing. The Bio-Center Lab has been performing and innovating specialty nutrient testing for over 50 years.
Bio-Center Laboratory is CLIA-certified and specializes in high-complexity nutrient testing that is rarely measured in standard medicine. Every person has a distinct nutritional and chemical makeup that requires personalized data rather than “one-size-fits-all” medicine.

Check Your Health Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do I decide which profile is best for me?
Consider any current health concerns or diagnosed conditions. Review the profile descriptions above, or join our Lunch & Learn on February 26, where Dr. Ron Hunninghake will recommend 2-3 profiles and explain what you'd be looking for in each.
-
Can I get other tests that are not in my particular profile?
Yes, in-house testing can be requested at the list price. Please note that send-out testing cannot be self-ordered during Check Your Health.
-
Should I consider testing my children?
Proper nutrition is very important for many processes, such as learning, behavior, growth, development, and athletics. Children often do not eat as well as they should, and testing can determine if a child has sub-optimal levels of vitamins and nutrients. Be aware that there are certain limitations on how much blood can be drawn based upon a child's weight and age.
-
Do I need to schedule an appointment to have my blood drawn?
Scheduling an appointment is not required, but it is preferred. We can have your paperwork ready and ensure that your wait time is as short as possible. To schedule your Check Your Health lab draw appointment, call 1-800-447-7276 ext. 1385 or 1302. Lab draws for Check Your Health will be done on weekdays from March 2-13, 2026.
-
How long will it take to have my blood and urine collected?
It usually takes about 15 minutes. The Mega and Nutrition Profiles require a urine sample.
-
Do I have to fast?
Some profiles require a 10 to 12-hour overnight fast. You may drink water. If medically possible, please refrain from taking medications or supplements on the day of your lab draw.
-
Can I participate in the Check Your Health Lab draws if I have/had cancer?
The Check Your Health Lab Profiles are not recommended for co-learners with active cancer. The Oncology Lab Profile is designed specifically for individuals with a cancer diagnosis. To inquire about becoming a patient and scheduling the Oncology Profile lab draw, please contact the New Patient Coordinator team at 1-800-447-7276, ext. 1354.
-
How do I get test results?
Your results will be mailed to you via USPS. You will also receive a copy of our Nutrient Guide, a helpful resource about the individual tests. A sample report can be found on our website.
-
When will I get my test results?
Due to the large volume of tests, it may take up to three weeks to receive your results.
-
Can I see a provider regarding my results?
The Mega, Nutrition, and Advanced Wellness Profiles include a complimentary 30-minute virtual or in-person appointment with one of our providers. If you select the Hormone or Basic Wellness Profile, you can still schedule a provider visit to review your results—call 1-800-447-7276 ext. 1385 or 1302 to schedule and discuss pricing.
-
How often should I be tested, and what is the benefit of follow-up testing?
The frequency of testing depends on the particular test, but in general, once every 6 months to one year is sufficient. As an example, we often measure levels of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals within the red blood cell as this more closely reflects tissue levels. It takes about 120 days for a new red blood cell to be produced by the bone marrow; therefore, it would take about 4 months for any changes in dietary consumption of a particular nutrient to be reflected in your red blood cell levels.
-
Can I file these tests with my insurance or Medicare?
They cannot be filed with insurance or Medicare.
-
Can I still receive a discount on supplements if I don't receive my lab test results until after the Nutrient Store sale?
Yes. All participants who complete a Check Your Health Profile will receive a coupon for 25% off supplements, which may be used after you receive your lab test results. The discount is available in person, online, and by phone, so you can purchase the supplements most appropriate for you.
