Jacob Ackland, RN, BSN

Jacob Ackland, RN, BSN, joined the Riordan Clinic team in 2022. He is originally from the Overland Park area and went to school at the University of Kansas and Washburn University. Jake has two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Exercise Science and one in Nursing.  His nursing career began in a neonatal intensive care unit, where he worked until coming to Riordan.

Jake has always been passionate about health, whether it’s through fitness, nutrition, or just living a healthy lifestyle. He loves to learn about new ways to improve people’s health, which is why he is excited to join the Riordan team.

In his free time, Jake likes to spend time with his wife, Lauren. They enjoy taking their dog to the dog park and going on walks. They’re excited to be expanding their family in the Spring of 2023 with a baby boy!
